Our Hiring Process

We know that applying for jobs can be overwhelming. We’ve outlined our process so you know what to expect when applying to BerkleyNet.

2. resume review

Resume review

If your skills and experiences align with the role, a Berkley corporate recruiter will review your resume and have an initial phone call with you. 

3. Interview

Interview

If selected for an interview, the recruiter will schedule an interview with you so that we can get to know each other. This may be via video call or in person. You will meet with a range of team members to make sure that we’re a good fit for each other.

 

Interview Tips:

  • Since we keep it casual in the office and online, we’ll keep it casual with the interview as well.
  • We use Microsoft Teams at BerkleyNet so be sure to log in a few minutes beforehand to avoid any technical delays.

Offer - Congratulations!

Woohoo! If you're the selected candidate, the recruiter will reach out with details on your offer. 

5. Background Check

Background Check

After accepting the offer, we'll request information to complete a background check including a drug test. Candidates must pass the background check and drug test to be able to begin employment with BerkleyNet.

Congratulations! You’re officially a BNetian. You'll receive comprehensive onboarding instructions to set you up for success at BerkleyNet. Welcome to the team!
